Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
Overview
Reno Services LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, request an estimate, or apply for a position, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, service location, project description, preferred timing, photographs you choose to provide, and other information included in your communications with us.
How we use information
We use this information to review project requests, prepare estimates, communicate with you, schedule and provide services, maintain business records, improve our services, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. Estimate requests and uploaded files are processed through Formspree, our website form provider. We may also share information with service providers that help us operate our communications, scheduling, payment, or business systems; with contractors involved in an approved project when reasonably necessary; or when required by law.
Project photos
Photos submitted with an estimate request are used to evaluate and discuss your project. We will not use customer-submitted photos for advertising or portfolio purposes without permission.
Applicant Privacy Notice
When you apply for a position, we collect the contact information, résumé, supporting documents, availability, experience, and written answers you submit. We use these materials to review your application, communicate about the position, and maintain hiring records. The application is handled through Formspree, our website form provider. People involved in hiring may access application materials. Please do not include Social Security numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information in your résumé or answers.
You may choose to answer a separate self-identification survey about ethnicity, race, gender, and veteran status at the end of the application. The survey is voluntary, is sent separately from your application, and is used only to review our recruiting process, not to evaluate your candidacy. It does not ask for your name, email, or application number. We do not ask for disability status in the application or this survey.
We retain applicant records only as reasonably needed for recruitment, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and potential disputes, then delete them under our retention practices. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable obligations, at renoservicesfl@gmail.com. A final candidate may be asked to complete a background check under applicable law; any required disclosure and authorization will be presented separately.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, business recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no email or online transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to help us understand site usage. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. This policy will be updated if our tracking practices materially change.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to recordkeeping and legal requirements. Contact us using the details below.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or business practices change. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
